Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. In order to process you transaction efficiently, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, you order will be delayed for further verification.
Once your order is place, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to issue a refund, less shipping and handling. Refunds and returns are dependent upon safe return of the item's within 14 days. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. Please allow an additional 7-14 days for your refund to be applied to you original method of payment. Return items can also be exchanged for anything available on our website. Any items returned after 30 days are not acceptable, and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Once the package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we estimate 7-10 business days. But since we do not have any control over the package, we cannot make any guarantees of the actual delivery date and or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Any items that are damaged, or used cannot be accepted for refund or exchange for any other items.
No changes can be made to your order once it has been placed. You may not cancel, and or modify you order once it has been submitted.
